Fyrebite Gaming (“Fyrebite,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our games, applications, websites, and related services, including Pressure Test.

Pressure Test

Pressure Test is a virtual reality game developed by Fyrebite Gaming for Meta Quest.

Fyrebite Gaming does not currently require users to create a Fyrebite account in order to play Pressure Test.

We do not sell personal information or Meta Horizon user data.

Information Pressure Test Collects

Pressure Test does not currently intentionally collect or transmit personally identifiable information directly to Fyrebite Gaming through normal gameplay.

The game does not currently operate its own user account system, advertising system, multiplayer service, or player-tracking service.

Certain information may nevertheless be processed by Meta as part of operating the Meta Quest platform, Meta Horizon Store, device services, purchases, platform functionality, crash reporting, or other services provided by Meta.

Information processed independently by Meta is governed by Meta's own privacy policies and terms.

Meta Horizon Platform Services

Pressure Test is distributed through the Meta Horizon platform and may rely on functionality provided by Meta Quest and Meta Horizon OS.

Meta may process information associated with your Meta account, device, purchases, application usage, diagnostics, or other platform activity independently of Fyrebite Gaming.

Fyrebite Gaming does not receive or control all information collected directly by Meta.

If Pressure Test later integrates additional Meta Platform features that provide Fyrebite Gaming access to user data, this Privacy Policy will be updated to accurately describe that collection and use.

Gameplay and Local Data

Pressure Test may store game settings, preferences, progression, or other gameplay information locally on your device as necessary to provide the game experience.

Local game data is not considered information transmitted to Fyrebite Gaming unless a future feature explicitly provides such functionality.

Analytics and Diagnostics

Fyrebite Gaming may receive technical or diagnostic information made available through distribution platforms such as Meta in order to understand crashes, performance issues, installation problems, or the general operation of the game.

Where Fyrebite Gaming uses user data for analytics, such use will comply with applicable Meta policies, including requirements concerning aggregation, de-identification, or anonymization.

We use this information only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve our games and services.

Advertising

Pressure Test does not currently contain third-party advertising.

Fyrebite Gaming does not currently access or use the Meta Quest Advertising ID through Pressure Test for advertising purposes.

If this changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated before such functionality is introduced where required.

Purchases

Purchases of Pressure Test through the Meta Horizon Store are processed by Meta.

Fyrebite Gaming does not directly receive or store your full payment-card information as part of Meta Horizon Store transactions.

Meta's handling of payment and transaction information is governed by Meta's applicable policies and terms.

Information You Provide to Us

You may voluntarily provide information to Fyrebite Gaming when you contact us for support, press inquiries, business inquiries, feedback, or other communication.

This information may include your name, email address, the contents of your message, and any other information you voluntarily provide.

Fyrebite Gaming does not sell personal information or Meta Horizon user data.

Any handling of Meta Horizon user data is also subject to Meta's applicable developer policies and restrictions.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and protect our legal rights.

Information that you provide directly through support or other communications may be retained as necessary to address your request and maintain appropriate records.

Fyrebite Gaming takes reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information under our control.

However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Fyrebite Gaming does not knowingly use Pressure Test to independently collect personal information from children.

Pressure Test is distributed through the Meta Horizon platform and is subject to Meta's applicable account, age, parental supervision, and platform requirements.

If we learn that we have directly collected personal information from a child in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete or otherwise address that information.
